What You’ll Need:

1. A handwriting sample from your employee, written on unlined paper (regular printing paper) with their signature at the end. For the best results, a write-up of at least half a page is recommended.
2. Ensure they employee is comfortable and sitting in a relaxed position while writing—standing should be avoided.
3. Have them write about a topic of their choice, naturally and without copying from other sources, as this can affect the accuracy of the analysis.
4. If they normally write in all capital letters, submit both a sample of capitalized writing and one in cursive or printed style.
5. Scan the handwriting clearly in high resolution (dpi) to ensure it's easy to read and analyze.
