HANDWRITING ANALYSIS REPORT FOR RECRUITERS (HR)

Dear Employers and Human Resource Managers,

Are you selecting a credible employee for your business?

How to select the most suitable personnel fitting your organisation culture and personality?

Your HR Manager had selected two candidates for the Engineer position in your company. It has been a few months that position is vacant since the last engineer was terminated due to his unpleasant demeanor. That was not the first time. The person your company had recruited before that was caught falsifying reports leaving a bad reputation for your company.

This time, you and your HR Manager are in a dilemma whether which of these two candidates who have met the technical requirements of the position fits your company.

What are the aspects you should look for that would fit your company’s work culture?  Which of these two candidates are reliable? What are their strengths and limitations to perform the job and manage projects till it completes not doing it halfway and leave it for others to clean the mess?

Listen, no human is perfect in this world.

The objective of applying the science of handwriting analysis when selecting candidates is to assist employers to avoid choosing the wrong type of person. Or if you still prefer that candidate, be prepared on the outcomes by knowing their personalities and match with your company’s culture before making them part of your family. Reduce the negative impact!

Grapholistic’s role is to provide your organisation with a complete personality traits from the handwriting analysis and advise you on the pros and cons of any selections. Your company will then have the full authority to make the final decision.

Handwriting Submission

  1. Provide a list of your requirements, i.e the type of personality you are looking for in a candidate.
  2. You need to include the responsibilities for the position and what are the requirements you need from the applicant to perform the  tasks effectively.
  3. It will be your choice whether you want to know your applicants’ characteristics before or after the interviews. If you do not want to waste your time interviewing someone who will not fit for the job, submit the applicants' handwriting for us to analyze. We will send to you the analysis so you can decide before calling them for an interview.
  4. Another method is for you to meet with the applicant for an interview. Then, submit the handwriting to Grapholistic and we will process accordingly. Use the analysis to support your decision to select the applicant for the job.

How to obtain handwriting from your job applicants?

Method A — Analyze Handwriting Before Interview
This can be done before the interview.
  1. Applicant is required to write on a piece of unlined paper anything that you want them to write (eg. About themselves, their goals, career expectations, experiences etc).
  2. Remember to remind applicant to include their signature.
  3. Note: Writings on job application form is not sufficient. The purpose of writing in essay format is to analyse their handwriting as a whole.
  4. Once the applicant scans (high dpi) and email their handwriting to you, collate all the applicants' writings and submit the order to us for analysis.

Method B -- Analyze Handwriting After the Interview

The second method is to obtain the applicants’ handwriting after the first interview.
  1. This can be done before you start the interview, in the midst or end of the interview.
  2. By this time, normally you might have already identified which applicants’ stands out the most for the position.
  3. The handwriting analysis results acts like a final confirmation to support your decision.
  4. Why do you need it to support your decision? In interviews, other than relying on their body language and your instincts, you need more data to support your decisions. Handwriting traits reflects the hidden personality of the applicants.
