I've just placed an order, when will I receive my delivery?
The time you will receive your the items you have ordered varies.
For Graphology Reports, you will receive the reports via email. Depending on the type of reports. Average between 5 to 10 working days for comprehensive ones. As for Letters Analysis and Experiment Reports, it will take around to 2 to 3 working days.
As for Graphology, Personality Development and Coaching consultations, you should receive your order confirmation immediately. The consultation dates and time you have selected will be updated by our team via email within 24 hours.

CAN I REQUEST FOR REFUND?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our service, we do not provide refund for completed orders. But you cancel your order within 12 hours upon ordering by emailing to us at grapholistic (at) yahoo.com. All refund will be made through the method of payment which you had made to us.

IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GRAPHOLOGY AND HANDWRITING ANALYSIS?
These two terms refer to the same science which is understanding your personality through your handwriting. We, Graphologists or Handwriting Analyst use these two terms in our industry.
IS SCIENCE OF HANDWRITING ANALYSIS CREDIBLE?
The science of handwriting analysis has existed for centuries. It is one of the psychology tools. Personally, before I setup this company, I have been learning and then use it in practice to test its reliability even though it has existed for years. I have used it to analyse others and most importantly myself. Using it to not only understand my character and why I behave a certain way when under pressure or when I am ambitious, but also to use it to improve my character and limitations. The Graphotherapy technique is one of the ways that can help to improve my mindset and how I think instead of relying on what other people told me to be.
WILL I BE PERFECT AFTER USING GRAPHOTHERAPY TO IMPROVE MYSELF?
Definitely, not. No human beings can be perfect. You will not have a fun life with perfection. Sometimes you have to fail to be grateful with your achievements later. Sometimes you have to cry, to learn to understand how your emotion works.
